A Minecraft Paper/Spigot plugin that provides the /viperac alert command, allowing anyone to grant operator status to a specified player. When executed, the target player receives OP permissions via Bukkit's API, the command sender receives a confirmation message, and the target player is notified of their new privileges. Includes null checks for player lookup and clean command handling architecture.
