A Paper plugin that applies permanent potion effects when effect items are placed in the hotbar, removing them 0.5 seconds after removal. Supports multiple effects per item, custom names/lore with hex color codes, weapon ****** effects that apply to damaged players, and admin commands for giving items and reloading configuration. Fully compatible with Paper *.21+ and Java 21+.
