Adds the Anything Miner pickaxe given to players on first world join. This tool can mine all blocks normally considered unbreakable including bedrock, barriers, end portal frames, and others. Also removes fluid sources on right-click. Uses mixins to bypass air/hardness/instamine checks for instant mining of any block.
