Manages player home slot limits through LuckPerms permissions. Other plugins (BattlePass, DeluxeMenus, ConditionalEvents) can increase or decrease a player's CMI home limit via commands. Detects the highest numeric cmi.command.sethome.<number> permission, ignores non-numeric permissions, and updates them atomically with async LuckPerms operations. Supports configurable defaults, min/max limits, and offline players.
