RegionBlockGuard controls block breaking and placement inside WorldGuard regions with a low-overhead region query and immutable rule cache. Administrators can disable all block changes across WorldGuard regions, ********* specific block types per region, configure default behavior, grant bypass permissions, and reload rules without restarting the server.
