Rings have 3 upgrade levels upgraded via craftable Ring Altars with a 10-minute capture timer system broadcast to all players. Includes a server-wide grace period system started via admin command with per-player boss bar countdown, preventing ring abilities during grace. Supports ****-start joins, altar crafting limits, and shield/laser/lightning visual abilities.
