Adds a craftable Globe item (iron ingots + glass panes + compass) that opens an interactive Google Earth-***** inventory GUI on right-click. Features a live top-down map with chunk grid, player/favorite markers, and coordinate display. Navigate with directional buttons or scroll-wheel zoom (* levels). Save named favorite locations stored on the item's NBT, teleport to them via right-click in the list. Gated behind operator permission level 2.
