A Paper *.21.4 plugin that plays custom OGG music to all online players. Players place .ogg files in the /plugins/NMusic/music/ folder. /nmusic start <name> plays the music everywhere for everyone, /nmusic stop stops it, /nmusic reload reloads music files and ******. The plugin auto-generates a resource pack (with sounds.json and pack.mcmeta), hosts it via an embedded HTTP server, and pushes it to all players via setResourcePack — so custom sounds work without manual pack installation.
