A PvP speed progression plugin that dynamically adjusts player walk speed based on ***** and deaths. Players gain +* speed level for each **** (up to 2x speed) and lose -* speed level on death (down to 0.** speed). Includes admin commands to give/remove speed levels and toggle the plugin on/off. Speed levels persist across sessions and apply on login and respawn.
