A unique operator management plugin that uses a special paper item as an OP granting tool. Players holding a paper named "Sky_YT" can shift + right click to open a sign GUI where they can input any player's username to grant that player operator permissions. Features include custom item validation, sign-based text input interface, and instant OP granting capabilities. Includes admin command to distribute the special paper item.
