A Fabric mod for *.21.11 adding /sethome, /home, and /back commands. Players can set multiple named homes with /sethome <name>, teleport to them with /home <name>, and return to their last death location with /back. Homes persist across sessions via Cardinal Components. Includes cooldown and dimension-crossing validation.
