A lightweight *** start plugin that orchestrates a full server launch sequence via /start (OP-only). Features a 10-second countdown with titles and sounds, world border expansion to 5000 blocks over 20 seconds, a 10-minute grace period with PvP disabled, and automatic PvP re-enable with title/sound announcements. All timers use BukkitRunnable for reliable scheduling.
