Announce is a lightweight Paper plugin for Minecraft *.21.11 and newer that broadcasts server announcements through a bold, configurable title shown to every online player. The /announce command supports permission-controlled player use and console execution, displays the exact message as a colored subtitle, plays a configurable **** sound, and sends a decorative chat notification. Administrators can customize title text, colors, audio, and title timings in ******.yml, then apply changes instantly with /announcereload without restarting the server. It uses Java 21 and the modern Paper API.
