DiscordTicket is a Paper *.21+ Minecraft plugin that provides a complete Discord-based support workflow through JDA 5. It offers configurable ticket categories and forms, paginated panels, private ticket channels, staff claiming and assignment, lifecycle controls, transcripts, SQLite or MySQL persistence, cooldowns, role permissions, audit logging, statistics, recovery, and administrative slash commands. All operational text and category behavior are configured through YAML files.
