A Paper *.21 plugin for controlling villager trade behavior globally. Admins can use /vrestock <seconds> to set how frequently all villagers across every world restock their trades via a repeating scheduler. The /vlimit <enchantment> <level> command toggles purchase restrictions on specific enchantments at specific levels — blocked trades visually deny the purchase and notify the buyer. All settings persist across restarts.
