A Fabric *.21.4 client-side mod that appends the custom model data of any item to its tooltip while the player holds left-shift. Displays as "CustomModelData: [VALUE]" using the new CustomModelDataComponent system. Includes a JSON ****** file with an enabled/disabled toggle and a fully customizable display format string using a {value} placeholder, reloaded automatically on launch.
