A roulette plugin for Spigot *.12.2. The /random command (permission-locked) starts a slot-machine animation in chat, cycling through online player names with increasing delays. When the roulette stops, the selected player wins a configurable cash prize issued via /eco give. All messages, prize amount, animation speed, and spin duration are fully configurable via ******.yml.
