A super power plugin that gives players random powers on first join. Players start with a random tier * power and can earn **** points to unlock and upgrade higher-tier powers. Features a tier system (*-5) with an admin tier (6) accessible only through commands. Includes a GUI-based skill tree menu for power management and admin commands for power administration.
