A time-manipulation plugin featuring the Temporal clock item. When a player strikes another player with this mystical clock, the target experiences time slowing down around them through slowness and mining fatigue effects, while the wielder remains unaffected. Includes particle effects and configurable **** durations. Players with permission can obtain the Temporal clock via the /temporal command.
