Automates portal travel within user-defined world groups (overworld, nether, end) while keeping groups completely isolated. Supports unlimited groups, vanilla coordinate scaling (*:* for Nether traversal), auto-creates missing destination portals, and includes a /mwp reload command for hot-reloading the ******. Each group stays fully separated — portals in survival worlds never reach lifesteal worlds and vice versa.
