A lightweight Paper plugin for rotating actionbars across all online players. Supports multiple actionbar entries with per-message timing or a global timed rotation mode. Features include ordered rotation via timeab.yml, legacy & hex color code support, sequential auto-send via /autoab, and live reload of all ****** files. All commands are operator-only with fine-grained permissions. Scheduling is handled cleanly with proper task cancellation on reload.
