A premium rank utility plugin for Paper *.21+ servers. Players access tier-based utility GUIs (/toolgui **–**) gated by permissions. Each GUI offers **** (64 steak), Fix (repair all items), and Smelt (instant smelting) actions with per-tier cooldowns. Fully configurable GUI layouts, titles, lore, decorations, and cooldown displays via gui.yml. Supports Adventure API formatting with legacy codes, hex colors, Discord webhook logging, hot-reload, and persistent cooldown storage.
