Recreates classic Minecraft sword blocking for *.21.4+ using Paper's native `minecraft:blocks_attacks` DataComponent. When a player holds a sword without a shield in their offhand, the component is applied dynamically — enabling vanilla blocking animation, ***-disable cooldown (*.6× scale, matching shield), and a 50% damage reduction across a 180° frontal arc. Shield offhand takes full priority; the component is stripped from the sword automatically.
