Adds a craftable "Weak Command Block" item to Minecraft survival. Craft it with a Beacon in the center, Redstone in all four cardinal slots, and a Netherite Ingot. The item looks like a Command Block and cycles through three active modes on right-click: Fly (grants creative-***** flight), Drag (pulls nearby entities toward you), and Break/Damage (dismantles blocks you look at and damages nearby mobs). Includes /wcb give command for admins.
