A psychological horror mod that introduces a sanity system to Minecraft. Players must manage their sanity which decreases in darkness and when avoiding sleep. Low sanity causes hallucinations, creepy whisper messages, and spawns hostile shadow entities that teleport and stalk the player. Features include a sanity HUD display, screen distortion effects at low sanity, and vanilla-compatible horror without custom resources.
