Adds the V Potion, a master potion granting permanent powers that persist through death and milk. Base effects include Resistance II and Strength *, always active. On drinking, a random main power is assigned: unlimited Flight, Super Speed (II/IV), Enhanced Strength (II/IV, with scaling knockback), Enhanced Regeneration (*/III), Laser Eyes (hold V for a colored beam with fire buildup, 10s max, 3s cooldown), or Pyrokinesis (V to launch fireballs, passive fire immunity). A separate 40% chance grants stackable Passive Flight (30s/5s cooldown). Abilities persist through death, respawn, and milk via NBT persistence and effect re-application. Drinking again replaces the current power.
