A Paper plugin that adds throwable splash water bottles named "Wireless ***" which can only be obtained by OPs via command. When thrown, the potion summons 10 primed *** at the impact location. If a player is ****** by the explosion, a custom death message announces who was blown up by the thrower. Uses PersistentDataContainer for item tracking.
