A PvP-oriented plugin adding the Restricter — a craftable redstone repeater that globally bans any item for 10 minutes when combined with it in a crafting table. Affected players get infinite cooldowns on those items. The Restricter has regenerating durability and can unrestrict players by hitting them. Also adds Rifts — end crystals that drop fully-configurable items (including items from other plugins) via an in-game GUI.
