A Discord bot that provides a guided multi-step /news command for posting announcements. Users select a destination channel via Discord's channel selector, write news text in a modal, optionally attach an image or video, and the bot publishes a formatted embed with "Government News" branding. All setup interactions are ephemeral; only the final **** is visible in the destination channel.
