A Paper plugin that limits player ping to a configurable minimum value. Players with ping below the threshold (e.*., 3, 5, 16) get their ping artificially raised to the minimum. Players with ping above the threshold are unaffected. Fully configurable through ******.yml with enable/disable toggle and minimum ping value. Uses PacketSendEvent to add artificial delay to outgoing packets for low-ping players.
