PulseMeter is a Paper *.21.11 progression plugin that rewards PvP, mining, and farming with a dynamic pulse meter. Players receive scaling quests, unlock a single-use /roll reward system, earn persistent death-cleared buffs or physical Pulse Coins, and purchase exclusive upgradeable Pulse weapons through an inventory shop. Player progress, quests, rewards, weapon levels, and configuration-driven values persist across server restarts.
