A Paper *.21.* plugin that adds a special Clock item granting ****-motion time effects. Use /timeskip to receive the enchanted clock, then right-click it to toggle **** time (server tick rate drops to 10) and right-click again to restore normal speed (tick rate 20). The clock is identified via a PersistentDataContainer tag so it works independently of other clocks.
