Adds a powerful treasure enchantment called "Dash" exclusively for maces. This admin-only enchantment cannot be obtained through normal gameplay and must be applied via commands. When a player right-clicks while holding a mace enchanted with Dash, they launch forward in the direction they're looking. The dash provides instant mobility, making it perfect for traversal and combat. Completely server-side compatible.
