A modern Random Teleport plugin for Paper and Folia *.21.*+. Uses Brigadier commands, MiniMessage formatting, and full configuration support. Features include configurable radius (min/max), per-world permissions, cooldowns, safe location finding, async chunk loading, and blacklisted biomes/worlds. Admins can reload ******, bypass cooldowns, and teleport other players. All messages are fully customizable via MiniMessage tags.
