An item cap enforcement system that limits players to configurable maximums for Ender Pearls (16), Golden Apples (128), Bottles o' Enchanting (258), and Cobwebs (128). Excess items are automatically routed to a per-player overflow storage with an instant chat notification. Players access stored items via /overflow — a clean chest GUI with the four items centered, and a hopper icon for toggling withdraw amounts (*, *, 16, 64). OPs use /editoverflow to adjust caps live.
