A ****-based bounty plugin where every player starts at 5M bounty, gaining 5M per **** (max 30M). Each 5M tier unlocks stronger permanent buffs: 10M=Speed *, 15M=Speed *+Strength *, 20M=Speed II+Strength *, 25M=Speed II+Strength II, 30M=Speed II+Strength II+15 hearts. Buffs are persistent across sessions. Includes /bounty leaderboard, player lookup, and admin reset commands.
