A lightweight chat plugin that allows a specific player to send messages exclusively to the action bar by prefixing them with '#'. Messages without the prefix behave normally. The plugin only intercepts messages from the configured player (SonataFall), leaving all other players unaffected. Includes configurable player name and prefix settings.
