A unique Minecraft plugin featuring the Restricter item - a red-named repeater with enchantment glint. Combine it with any item in a crafting table, then hit a player to restrict their ability to use that item. The restriction persists until you combine the Restricter with the same item and hit the player again. The Restricter has infinite uses and maintains all restriction data across server restarts.
