A Discord bot that monitors the OpenAI Codex GitHub repository for new releases and posts notifications to a Discord channel. Checks the GitHub releases API every 10 minutes, persists the latest seen release tag to a JSON file, and sends a clean formatted message with the version, title, link, published date, and release notes preview when a new release is detected.
