A hotbar management plugin designed for BedWars1058 that locks player hotbars during games to prevent accidental item dropping, swapping, or rearrangement. Features include a fully locked hotbar system (no Q-drop, no *-swap, no drag, no slot swapping), a customizable GUI editor for saving hotbar layouts, YAML-based profile persistence, and automatic hotbar protection during active games. Mimics Hypixel's hotbar behavior perfectly.
