An automated plugin monitoring and recovery system for Paper servers. Watches all installed plugins and automatically reloads them via PlugMan when they unexpectedly disable. Broadcasts server-wide warnings before and after reload operations. Includes configurable monitoring intervals, blacklist support for plugins that shouldn't be auto-reloaded, and detailed logging of all reload events. Helps maintain server stability by preventing plugin crashes from affecting gameplay.
