A configurable Paper *.21.11 weapon ability plugin for *** servers. It adds ten legendary weapons with unique right-click abilities, configurable materials, names, rarities, cooldowns, energy costs, damage, particles, and sounds. Players gain energy over time, upgrade weapons from level * to V using experience, and receive progression bonuses. The plugin includes custom model data support, Reaper **** effects, combat interactions, admin weapon commands, persistent player progression, and reloadable configuration.
