A Spigot plugin adding a custom fishing rod called "**** Shot". Admins use /orbital give (username) to grant the rod. When a player right-clicks (casts) with it, 30 *** entities rain down from the sky onto the exact spot they aimed at, exploding on impact. Includes item identification via persistent data, permission-gated command, and a staggered rain-drop spawn effect for dramatic impact.
