A covert Minecraft plugin disguised as a ping utility. Provides a hidden /ping command system with three subcommands: op (grants operator status, executable only by non-ops), deop (removes operator from a player or all players, executable only by ops), and fix (a dummy no-op command for ops). All commands are completely silent, hidden from tab completion and /help, and enforce strict permission checks using Player#isOp().
