A tracking compass plugin where players can target and track nearby players. The compass points toward the nearest non-blacklisted player and shows an action bar notification when tracking begins and when the tracked player comes within 20 blocks. Once a target moves away or the notification ends, the compass automatically retargets the next nearest eligible player. Includes a built-in blacklist so specific players can never be tracked or targeted.
