A PvP economy plugin where ******* players steals 15% of their balance (or all if under 5). Players check their own balance with /bal, admins view all balances with /baltop and set balances with /setbal. Each time a player receives money, they are privately notified in chat. Uses a flat-file storage system with no external economy dependencies.
