A Paper *.21.4 plugin that lets admins enable or disable access to specific game resources and dimensions. Supports toggling the Nether, The End, Diamond ore mining, and Ancient Debris mining. Disabled dimensions block portal travel with a message, and disabled ores prevent block breaking. States persist across restarts via ******. Simple /enable and /disable commands with tab completion.
