A home management plugin that allows players to set multiple homes and teleport between them. Features include permission-based home limits, configurable teleport warmup with movement cancellation, and YAML-based persistent storage. Supports named homes, home listing, and deletion. Admins can configure max homes globally and per-permission-node.
