A lightweight plugin that prevents players from automatically picking up unwanted basic items like stone, grass, cobblestone, and dirt. Players with the city_inv permission can use /Cinv to open a GUI where they can toggle which common materials are filtered from pickup. Helps keep inventories clean from resource spam during building and mining.
