Reimplementation of MCPatcher's CIT (Custom Item Textures) for Fabric *.21.4. Allows resource packs to replace item textures based on conditions like item type, enchantments, damage, hand, stack size, and NBT. Loads .properties files from assets/*/citresewn/cit/, assets/*/optifine/cit/, and assets/*/mcpatcher/cit/ directories.
